Sports District reserves the right to request a proof of identification, before acting on your request to exercise your rights.

Within one (1) month after the receipt of the request, Sports District will notify you of the decision to act on your request. This term can, where necessary, be extended with an additional two (2) months. In such case Sports District will notify you thereof within one (1) month after receiving your request.

Sports District may refuse your request to exercise these rights, if it is unreasonably recurrent, requires disproportionate technical effort, or compromises the privacy of others. In such case Sports District will notify you of this decision within one (1) month of receiving your request.

Sports District takes all reasonable organisational, technical and administrative steps to protect your personal data under its management, and as required by applicable data privacy laws. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or any data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
